Introduction

                The year is 2153. Following a devastating third world war, man-kind sought a different way to handle their conflicts, one that does not require the loss of life. Thanks to advancements in technology, the art of warfare evolved.

 

                Instead of sending combatants into dangerous situations, participants in combat deploy remotely controlled robotic avatars known as RoboCores, or RCs for short, into battle. Those who control these RCs are highly skilled warriors and engineers who operate their deployed RC from anywhere around the world utilizing a haptic rig that translates the pilot’s movements to their RC in the field. They see through their RC’s eyes and hear through the RC’s microphone array to simulate the pilot actually being where their RC is. This allows the pilot to remain safe while they pilot their RC through dangerous situations.

 

                Many of these pilots work as mercenaries for various factions all over the world. The competition to obtain contracts from the top factions are highly sought after and only the best RC pilots can make it. Not only does it take quick reflexes and skill to become a top RC pilot but strategy tactical thinking as well as business-minded management to build and maintain your RC(s) and get the most out of your relationships with the different factions. It’s a cut-throat world where only the strongest, smartest, and determined survive. Do you have what it takes to be a world-class RC pilot?

 

 

About the Game

Thank you for checking out my game. It is still very much a work in-progress. There still may be bugs. There are only 7 missions as of right now. Also, a lot of the enemy sprites are just square placeholders for now. I also plan to add more in the way of animations. In addition to many more missions, I also am planning on implementing repeatable missions where you can try to beat your high score while earning credits such as time attack, survival mode, and maybe an arena mode. Also, much more weapons, armors, items, etc.

How to Install

Installation is simple.
1. Extract the .zip folder.
2. Double-click or press enter on Game.exe.
3. Play and enjoy
